Ive done everything including all these steps I dont have money for a tec. What keeps happening is as soon as I log into any account or try to watch a video such as YouTube or Facebook the screen freezes then shuts off. I hard reset it at atlast hoping it would “fix it”. Well I turned it on it was reset and so I started to log into my google account all of a sudden screen turns off and phone turns off with it. No goodbye screen like usual just black.
